List of Bridge type postmarks - The envelops

Introduction

On 1.Jan.1995 , sixteen (16) , Bridge type postmarks were introduced in Gaza Strip offices and the town of Jericho . In addition the device "GAZA-3- " entered the Gaza Town main office and used as transit and arrival postmark at the sorting center . The seventeen postmarks , which will be presented later , were used for a short period only . Two months later , they were replaced by new, high quality , German made , metal postmarks . The Bridge type cancellers were never used since then , besides late two cases of "gesture" strikes .
